Delivery & returns
I haven’t received my order, but the order has been signed of as delivered. What do I do?
With your track & trace code, you can find any information regarding the delivery of your order. Your order has probably been delivered at your neighbours. In this case you will have received a notification.
Your order may have also been delivered at one of the pick-up locations. Please view your track & trace information carefully, as this will be mentioned clearly. In case you weren’t able to locate your order, please contact customer support. We will try and assist you as best as possible.
Can my order be delivered at an alternative address?
Yes. Simply click the option for ‘alternative address’ during the ordering process. When this option is chosen, you can fill in the alternative address.
My product is out of stock. What now?
If a product is out of stock, this will be mentioned in our webshop. You can proceed with your order. Your order will be delivered within 14 days.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code which allows you to track your order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes. To change or cancel your order, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that orders can only be changed or cancelled if they have not yet been shipped.
Does Body & Vitamin ship internationally?
As for now, we do not offer international shipping.
When will I receive my order?
Body & Vitamin will generally ship your order within one business day. It may occur that your order is sold out and needs to be restocked. In this case, we will inform you on the status of your order asap. In case your order has been completed before 17:00 on Friday, it will be delivered on Saturday. Orders that are completed on Friday’s after 17:00 until Monday’s before 21:00, will be delivered on Tuesday.
When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be processed as soon as we have received your payment. Orders that are made on Monday to Thursday before 21:00, will generally be shipped on the same day (provided that all products are in stock). Orders that are made on Friday before 17:00, will be shipped on the same day.
What are the costs for delivery?
For orders over €50, delivery is free of charge. For any order under €50, we charge a delivery fee of €6,95.
My order has been damaged. What do I do?
Even though we put the utmost care into packaging our orders, damages may occur. In this case we are happy to assist you.
Please take clear photographs of:
– The box
– The product
– The damage
You can email your photo’s to email@example.com citing the order number and explanatory notes. We will get back to your as soon as possible.
When can I return an order?
Orders may be returned if:
– The product is complete and unopened.
– The product isn’t damaged or broken.
– The product is provided with the original packaging
– Gift cards or other credits may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
– Products with a shelf life date can not be returned.
I have returned my order. What now?
As soon as your order has been received by Body & Vitamin, we will check if it has been opened or damaged. Generally, the paid amount will be returned to your account within 14 days.
What are the costs of returning?
In case we have delivered the wrong product, the return will be free of charge. In any other case, the return will be made at your own costs.
How do I return my order?
In case you wish to return your order, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive a return form, please fill out the form carefully and add it to your package. You can ship your order to the address listed on the return form, with a track & trace code.

Within how many days should I return my order?
In case you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days from the day of delivery.
